    Cumhuriyetin 100. yılı etkinlikleri kapsamında Gemlik Belediyesi tarafından düzenlenen ‘Cumhuriyet meşalesiyle körfezi aydınlatıyoruz’ etkinliği yakılan binlerce meşale ile görsel bir şölene dönüştü.

    BURSA (İGFA) – Bursa’nın Gemlik ilçesinde sahil kısmının yaklaşık 3 kilometrelik bölümünde iki bine yakın vatandaş, bir römorkörden atılan işaret fişeğinin ardından ellerinde tuttukları meşaleleri ateşleyerek, sahilde eşsiz bir görüntü oluşturdu.

    Gemlik Kaymakamı Hasan Göç, Gemlik Belediye Başkanı Mehmet Uğur Sertaslan, Gemlik Emniyet Müdürü Ufuk Akan, siyasi parti ilçe başkanları, belediye meclis üyeleri, sivil toplum kuruluşları, spor kulüpleri, taraftar grupları, odalar ve borsalarda etkinliğe katılım sağladı.

    Gemlik Belediye Başkanı Mehmet Uğur Sertaslan, sosyal medya hesabından görüntüleri paylaşarak, “Cumhuriyet Meşalesi ile Körfez’i Aydınlatıyoruz!” etkinliğimiz muhteşem bir coşkuyla gerçekleşti. Meşalelerimizle, Cumhuriyetimizin 100. yaşını kutlamanın gururunu yaşadık. Teşekkürler Gemlik, teşekkürler Cumhuriyet sevdalıları ifadelerini kullandı.
